Frank Edward Piotrowski

Frank Edward Piotrowski, Jr., 47, of Tamaroa, passed away at 9:09 p.m., Wednesday, July 16, 2008, at the Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Mo.

Frank had worked as a farmer.  He was also a  mechanic at Joy Technology in Mt. Vernon.  He was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Tamaroa.  He had been a lector and choir member of the church.  He was a thirteen year leader in 4-H, a Perry County Extension Council Member, a Perry County Farm Bureau member, a Knights of Columbus member and an International Brotherhood of Boiler Makers #483 member.

He was born June 9, 1961 at Hinsdale, the son of Frank Edward and Geraldine (Zielinski) Piotrowski.

He married Donna Catherine Przygoda on November 5, 1983 at the St. Charles Catholic Church in Du Bois and she survives.

He is survived by his wife of Tamaroa, two sons - Timothy Piotrowski and Joseph Piotrowski, both of Tamaroa, one daughter - Krista Piotrowski of Tamaroa, his mother - Geraldine Malott and husband Harold of Astoria, his father-in-law and mother-in-law - Robert and Loraine Przygoda of Pinckneyville, one brother - Stephen Piotrowski of Tamaroa, two sisters - Julia Bathon and husband Raymond of Pinckneyville and Deborah Kellerman and husband Steven of Tamaroa, two sisters-in-law - Bernadette Barnes and husband Bill, and Lorie Williams and husband Larry, all of Tamaroa, and two brothers-in-law - Bob Przygoda and wife Karen of Pinckneyville and Mark Przygoda of Christopher.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:30 a.m., Saturday, July 19, 2008 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Tamaroa with Fr. Oliver Nwachukwu officiating.

Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m., Friday at the Searby Funeral Home in Tamaroa.

Rosary will be prayed at 8:30 p.m., Friday at the Searby Funeral Home in Tamaroa.

Burial will be in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery at Tamaroa.

Friends may make memorials to Masses, Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Perry County 4-H Federation or Donor's Choice and will be accepted at the funeral home.
